Willard Scoops is a family-owned ice cream shop in South Portland’s Willard Beach neighborhood. We make premium homemade ice cream for our community and the guests who come to visit.
From Salt Caramel to Coffee Oreo, fresh Mint Leaf Chip to Key Lime Pie, there’s always a good reason to stop by.
